Rescheduling and Cancellation Policy

Please cancel or reschedule your session for at least 48 hours (or two full weekdays) before it starts. This helps us offer the time to someone else who may need care.
How to Cancel or Reschedule

- Log into the New Patient Portal – Coming Soon
Starting in the new year, you’ll manage your sessions through our new patient portal. We’ll email you instructions before your first appointment. You can:- Log in directly to the new patient portal
- Click the link in your appointment reminder email and log in to make changes
Late Fees: What You Need to Know
If you cancel late or miss your session, you may be charged a fee. The fee amount depends on your program and insurance.
- If you’ve signed a card-on-file agreement, we’ll charge your card.
- If not, you’ll receive a bill and may be asked to pay at your next session.
- If it’s your first session, or if there’s an emergency, the fee may be waived.
