High-quality Engagement is Crucial
The first stage of our behavior change solution is to identify those patients who might benefit from our treatment programs using our AbleTo targeting algorithm. After that, it’s all about people talking to people.
We don’t blanket advertise or email everyone we can possibly reach—at AbleTo, we believe that prospective patients deserve a candid, person-to-person conversation. Real people. Real engagement.
The Engagement Specialist
We look at things from the prospective patient’s point of view.
Each specialist is selected after a thorough interview cycle and background check. Each person is evaluated, reviewed and evaluated again.
What it comes down to is this: engagement specialists are the first people that prospective participants talk to from our company. They are our only chance for a great, first impression. And that’s why they have to be the best at what they do.
How We Engage
Our engagement specialists are trained to contact prospective patients using well-tested protocols. To ensure the highest quality, supervisors randomly ‘live-monitor’ calls and review every call-note.
