Pete leads AbleTo's product strategy and development. Previously, he was the co-founder and CEO of Joyable, a leading digital behavioral health company. Before Joyable, Pete invested in and advised health tech companies. Pete graduated from Columbia with a bachelors in Mathematics and earned his MBA from Stanford.
Jon is a passionate business leader with an innate ability to approach complex healthcare topics with authenticity and integrity. Prior to joining AbleTo, Jon held leadership positions at Horizon Blue Cross Blue Shield of New Jersey, where he led the development and execution of enterprise-wide strategies.

Previously, he held leadership positions at leading consumer, education, and advertising companies including 2U, AppNexus, Kaplan Test Prep, NBC and TheStreet.com.
Dr. Harold Pincus, M.D. is Vice Chair of the Department of Psychiatry at Columbia University's College of Physicians and Surgeons and Co-Director of Columbia's Irving Institute for Clinical and Translational Research. Dr. Pincus is an international expert on quality measurement and the integration of behavioral health and primary care.
Dr. Robert DeRubeis is Professor of Psychology and Director of Clinical Training at University of Pennsylvania. He has authored or co-authored over 150 articles and book chapters on topics that center on the treatment of depression. He has received career awards for his research contributions from the Society for Psychotherapy Research and the Association for Psychological Science. Dr. DeRubeis also provides expert consultation in treatment selection for depression.
Dr. Carmela Alcantara, Ph.D, is an Associate Professor at Columbia University School of Social Work, Director of the Sleep, Mind, and Health Research Program at Columbia University and a licensed clinical psychologist with postdoctoral training in public health and behavioral medicine. Her research examines the ecological relationship between sleep, self-regulation, and health behaviors in Latina/o adults. Dr. Alcantara also provides expert consultation in the transcreation of CBT for the Latina population.
Dr. Lisa M. McTeague, Ph.D., is a clinical psychologist and an assistant professor in the Brain Stimulation Laboratory of the Department of Psychiatry and Behavioral Sciences at the Medical University of South Carolina where she is working to develop neurocircuit-informed treatment adjuncts for cognitive-behavioral approaches for PTSD, targeting deficits demonstrated in experimental affective neuroscience. Dr. McTeague also provides expert consultation on clinical screeners and measuring adherence for innovative digital treatment programs.
