Rigorous Training for Therapists
Our therapists are qualified and experienced when we hire them. But they also undergo rigorous training in our treatment methods.
For example, one initial course in our methodology is called, “Emotional Health Impacts Medical Health” and has the following learning objectives:
1. Understand the interplay between behavioral health and medical health, including the impact of depression on health outcomes, productivity, and healthcare costs.
2. Articulate strategies to help individuals overcome barriers to change through targeted, proactive outreach, personalized support and integrated care management, irrespective of location.
3. Understand how the effectiveness of proven behavior change strategies can be measured and can keep people healthier and cost less to employers and the healthcare system.
